These Terms of Use govern your use of ihrun.club and your interaction with information published by Iron Horse Run Club. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The club is a community running group, not a medical provider, professional coach, race organizer, or emergency service.

• Use your own judgment, follow applicable laws and trail rules, and remain aware of your surroundings.
• Bring appropriate hydration, equipment, identification, and any personal medication you may need.
• Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program when appropriate for your health.
• A parent or guardian is responsible for any minor who participates.

Dates, routes, distances, meeting points, photos, and maps are shared for community planning. They may be approximate and can change due to weather, access, safety, or organizer availability. Route maps are not turn-by-turn navigation.

Runs may be changed, postponed, or canceled without advance notice. Registration and participation in third-party races are subject to the race organizer’s rules, fees, waivers, and decisions.

We welcome runners of different backgrounds and paces. When engaging with the club, you agree not to harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, endanger, or deliberately disrupt another person or the community.

We may limit participation or access to club-managed spaces when we reasonably believe conduct creates a safety, privacy, or community concern.

Club runs may be photographed or described for community storytelling. When you submit a photo, story, correction, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow us to display, format, and promote it in connection with the club and Guilee.mn.

Please contact us if you would like us to review a photo or story associated with you. We will consider reasonable removal requests for content we control while preserving records we are legally required to keep.

The website links to maps, social networks, race registrations, Guilee.mn, and other independent services. We do not control their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not guarantee endorsement.

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated systems, introduce harmful code, or reproduce substantial club content in a misleading or commercial way without permission.

Unless otherwise credited, website design, text, graphics, and club branding are owned by or licensed to Iron Horse Run Club. Photographer and contributor credits remain with their respective creators.

The website and club information are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information useful and accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Horse Run Club and its volunteers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or voluntary participation in club activities. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the website or club practices change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated terms apply going forward. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, without overriding protections that apply under other law.
